On February 6th, 2024, our Speed Networking Roundtable event returned with a bang at Husky Stadium. Against the backdrop of the PAC 12 Champions' home, professionals from various career stages gathered for an evening of enriching discussions on leadership, communication, culture, and personal development. The event buzzed with energy as attendees engaged in in-depth conversations with industry experts, gaining valuable insights and forging meaningful connections. 

Throughout the evening, attendees were treated to a wealth of wisdom from notable figures across Seattle. Special thanks to all our speed networking table leads. Melissa Robertson, with her 17 seasons with the Mariners, emphasized the importance of chasing one's dreams. Mackenzie Marque shared her reflections on dealing with rejection and the significance of enjoying the journey, while Joli Mosier highlighted the keys to success, including effective communication and navigating organizational changes with grace. The event was a testament to the power of collaboration, learning, and camaraderie in propelling professionals forward in their careers. With a dynamic ambiance and engaging discussions, the WISE Seattle Speed Networking Roundtables proved to be an unmissable event for all who attended.

Looking ahead to March, our next chapter event is March 12th with our Power Play: Pay Equity panel discussion and WISE National is hosting their annual WISE/R Symposium & WWOY Awards in New York City on March 18th and 19th.
