Seattle, WA – This year's WISE Seattle's Mentorship Program, WISE Within, kicked off in May with a get-together at the newly opened Tom’s Watch Bar located across Climate Pledge Arena. The group had an opportunity to connect and mingle, and to meet their mentors and mentees in person for the first time.
Since then, the group has carved out a few other moments to get together in person, including a recent yoga class and dinner outing, led by the wonderful Alison Scott, a member of our WISE Seattle chapter and mentor in this year’s program.
The 2025 cohort is made up of 12 pairs—12 mentors, 12 mentees—of women seeking to network and grow, both personally and professionally. The program itself is designed to Encourage, Empower & Evolve the career of its participants; now in its 5th year of existence, it has welcomed its largest cohort to date.
We, at WISE Seattle, are extremely grateful for the community of mentors that surrounds us, and joyful in the opportunity we have to create spaces for mentor-mentee relationships to forge.
