Seattle, WA — This year's WISE Seattle's Mentorship Program, a 4-month long one-to-one guided mentorship experience, kicked off in late June with five mentoring pairs.
The 2022 Mentors include:

- Melanie Kermin, Seattle Seahawks
- Kiley Strong, UW Athletics
- Gina Lambert, Swire Coca-Cola
- Dawn Wheeler, Allied Universal
The 2022 Mentees include:
- Libby Fender, Independent Consultant
- Caitlin Rogers, Swire Coca-Cola
- Tiffany Hollins, Seattle Sounders
- Bianca Mouton, Seattle Mariners
- Jessica Modrak, Oak View Group
So far, the cohort has had an opportunity to gather in person for a few summer activities including a Seattle Sounders match, a hike and talk evening at Discovery Park in Seattle, and an intimate Q&A session to kick off the program. While professional networking and connecting with one another about career goals and advice has been part of those encounters, the real goal behind the group's activities is to forge meaningful relationships that'll last beyond the duration of the program.
Looking ahead, the group is planning on one more official event, which will be an end-of-year WISE Within retreat in mid-October. The retreat will include a variety of team bonding activities, as well as group discussions, and thought-provoking Q&A sessions.
